I was just wondering because I have workout a lot but I’m not getting a lot of results.
mk well its good that you do ab workouts, but really you only need crunches and the like.
ACTUALLY if you really want those abs to shine through, the trick is cardio. cardio cardio cardio. running, biking, stairs etc.
you want to get that last layer of fat off of your stomach. it’ll take time..but you can do it!
